However, Maltipoos have the benefit of both purebred parents being hypoallergenic already, so a straight or wavy-coated Maltipoo will have the amazing qualities of a hypoallergenic coat. It’s still important to brush them regularly to reduce any normal puppy shedding and keep their coat looking healthy and beautiful.
